Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. “打个比方，按照规则，100万元的房票可以买125万元的房子，出房票的基本都会再给一些折扣，如果再打个8折到85折，算下来就是80万元能买到125万元的房子，哪怕楼盘户型不太好，我觉得对于资金稍微紧张的买房人来说还是比较合适的。”苗先生说。
