忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 对于当前日益严峻的南海局势，黄永宏表示，有关各方应该为南海局势降温，不惜一切代价避免在亚洲发生冲突。一旦发生冲突，我们的生活将发生巨变，代价是无法承受的。黄永宏此前一天在北京香山论坛全体大会的发言中表示，“和平并不稳定，世界上任何地方的和平都不能被视为理所当然的事情。”他说，“欧洲和中东发生的事情绝不能在这里发生。亚洲、欧洲和中东同时发生冲突对世界将是灾难性的。不论出于什么理由，不论诱发原因是什么，在亚洲爆发实体冲突将是毁灭性的。我们必须尽一切努力避免这种情况发生。”
对于这场生死战，张琳艳展望道：“首先就是必须要赢。韩国队是很强劲的对手，我们在近几年的交手中，没占太多便宜。球队会全力以赴，做好艰苦的准备。”
曾刚认为，营造良好的货币金融环境，总量上自然是要流动性合理充裕，进一步降低实体经济的实际融资成本。结构上要加强对重大战略、重点领域和薄弱环节的优质金融服务，进一步优化结构。
