忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 据了解，中国银行业协会10月12日发布了《关于调整银行部分服务价格提升服务质效的倡议书》，向商业银行发出倡议，包括取消商业汇票工本费、降低银行承兑汇票手续费、减免个人存款账户对账单打印费、对安全认证工具工本费实施成本定价方式和综合提升信用卡服务质效等。
易居研究院研究总监严跃进对界面新闻表示，此次政策对房地产金融的表述，最先提及的一句话是“健全房地产企业主体监管制度和资金监管”。这句表述过去是没有出现过的，所以信号意义非常强。最近几年出现的金融风险问题，包括债务违约问题、保交楼问题等，都和房企的经营等有关。所以此次抓住了防范房地产市场风险的关键内容，即要把房地产企业主体的监管制度进行健全。
“预约过程中我印象最深的环节是计算最高可贷额度，这和地段的估值、夫妻双方公积金共同余额、存缴基数的总额等有关。等结果的时候还挺忐忑的，不过还好最后批出的额度和算的差不多。”李欢提醒说，还有个要求是要把消费贷、信用贷等结清。她第一次申请没通过，是因为有笔装修贷没还完，还清后拿着结清证明又去审核了一次。
