近日，美国政府挥舞“关税大棒”，发起关税战，招致全球谴责。北京师范大学教授、经济学专家、盘古智库学术委员会秘书长万喆近日在接受“东西问·中外对话”栏目采访时表示，美国的贸易战体现了特朗普政府再造全球秩序的野心。

万喆认为，美国希望通过关税壁垒，加上所谓的一些产业补贴和技术封锁，形成一个以美国为中心、以盟友为依附、使竞争对手被边缘化的等级森严的全球秩序和结构。

她指出，美国的“关税大棒”首先会加高美国的通胀。这意味着，每个家庭每年可能要多出1000到2000美元的额外支出来应付关税，极大地加剧了中等收入甚至是低收入家庭生活压力，降低民众获得感。同时，这也可能导致美国经济衰退。(张东方)

She believed that the U.S. aims to establish a rigid, hierarchical global system centered around itself and supported by its allies, while trying to marginalize its competitors through tariffs, industrial subsidies, and technological blockades.

In her opinion, these tariffs will first and foremost fuel inflation in the U.S., potentially leading to an additional annual expenditure of $1,000 to $2,000 for each household. This financial burden is expected to affect middle- and especially low-income families.

Moreover, these measures could potentially push the U.S. economy into a recession, she said.
