忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 会议要求“金融要为经济社会发展提供高质量服务”，同时提出了一系列服务实体经济的措施，包括：“要着力营造良好的货币金融环境，切实加强对重大战略、重点领域和薄弱环节的优质金融服务”“始终保持货币政策的稳健性，更加注重做好跨周期和逆周期调节，充实货币政策工具箱”“要着力打造现代金融机构和市场体系，疏通资金进入实体经济的渠道”。
中指研究院指出，根据住建部、财政部和中国人民银行联合印发的《全国住房公积金2022年年度报告》，截至2022年末，住房公积金缴存余额9.2万亿元，贷款余额7.3万亿元。同期个人住房贷款余额超38万亿元。可见公积金缴存余额与个人住房贷款余额之间差距较大，“商转公”的规模受限，对其设置条件和门槛仍具备一定必要性。
