11月1日，浙江省丽水市缙云警方发布协查通报：2023年10月31日，缙云县发生一起重大刑事案件，经查尚金勇有重大作案嫌疑，案发后潜逃，犯罪嫌疑人尚金勇，男，49岁，户籍地浙江省丽水市缙云县新碧街道。
记者10月31日从北京市交管局获悉，截至目前，本市邮政寄递、园林绿化、环卫等民生服务行业有驾车需求的人员已全员考取了正三轮摩托车驾驶证。11月1日起，这些行业使用的合规电动三轮车将悬挂“京C”号牌上路行驶。市交管局特别提示，驾驶人需遵守道路交通安全法律、法规，违反相关法规的，公安交管部门将依法予以处罚。
国金宏观赵伟团队分析称，9月CPI同比增速回落受基数拖累明显，食品、非食品涨价双双不及预期。分项中，食品价格涨涨0.3%较上月涨幅回落0.2个百分点，低于同期均值的1.2%，与猪肉、鲜果等供给充足等有关；非食品价格上涨0.2%，与上月涨幅持平，低于同期均值的0.3%，与暑期出行减少带动部分服务价格回落等有关。
