Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 去年，我省艺术本科提前批实行顺序志愿，设2个志愿，1个“学校+专业（或专业类）”为1个志愿；其余批次均实行平行志愿，每个批次设12个志愿。今年，艺术本科提前批设置1个院校志愿和4个专业志愿，不再设专业组。艺术本科批和专科批依旧实行平行志愿，但各设置35个志愿。“有关批次的志愿数量增加，不仅满足了考生填报志愿的多样性选择，也降低了考生滑档的概率”。高冰南说，建议考生完整填写相应批次设置的所有平行志愿，以增加自己被投档和录取的机会。

另外，短期内（1-3个月）价格下降的趋势仍然存在，税费也有向下调整的可能，房贷利率也有下降机会，所以我认为整体购房成本仍有下降空间，但幅度会比此前小。
